We need accessible abortion care.
As we look back on the bittersweet anniversary of the landmark Roe V. Wade case, it is important to acknowledge that while abortions were legal under Roe, they have never been completely accessible. Especially for those in states like Texas, seeking abortion care has always been difficult because of the many barriers that people face such as financial concerns, state restrictions, travel-related logistical issues, limited clinic options, misinformation from anti-abortion centers, and more.
Folks seeking abortion should not have to jump through hoops to obtain care. We will continue to fight for accessible abortion care for all.
Our Asks
- To combat period poverty, we are co-hosting a donation drive of menstrual products until February 1st, 2024 with Avow and Planned Parenthood.
