On May 16th, 2024, join us for First Bloom, an awards gala celebrating abortion advocates in our community. You won’t want to miss this evening filled with celebrations, cocktails, and connection. Our keynote speaker is Pamela Merritt, Executive Director of Medical Students For Choice. We look forward to hearing her words of wisdom and insight.
DJ Ursa Minor spinning tunes all evening, and the official artist, courtney marie, will lead us in a community art poetry piece to close out the evening. We can’t wait to see you there!
On May 31st, we will be hosting a Queerlesque show called Denim and Diamonds to close out Fund-A-Thon. Fund-A-Thon is our annual grassroots fundraising campaign where we hope to raise $25,000 for reproductive access for Texans in the North, East and Panhandle areas of Texas. Come out and enjoy an amazing show featuring some of DFW’s premier drag, burlesque, and queer artists.
