Ariana Arevalo, M.A., LPC Moss Counseling, PLLC

Bio: Let’s explore what you can find in this space. For the past four to five years practice has focused on helping individuals reconnect with their "core" selves, empowering them to gain confidence. We will collaborate to understand how even and relationships have impacted your brain chemistry and influenced your intern narratives about yourself and others. Together, we will practice skills that enhance your somatic (body) and emotional language, enabling you to access emotional regulation quickly. This process will help you build autonomy and resilience for present and future challenges.

As a child of immigrant parents, I understand the complexities of societal prejudices, cultural expectations, and family-of-origin issues. This drives my passion for creating culturally informed connections within the BIPOC and mental health communities. Additionally, I am dedicated to helping BIPOC individuals in the LGBTQ+ community process the intricate dynamics of both their identities.

Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, attending sports games, discussing my latest sh obsession, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
